First Bank of Nigeria has announced the launch of its fully automated branch, called the FirstBank Digital Experience Centre, in Garki, Abuja. The launch marks a major milestone in the bank’s ongoing drive to redefine banking through technology and customer-centric innovation.
It is provided to put customers at an advantage in carrying out various activities on their own without interacting with anyone. The branch is reinvention of digital banking solutions in the country as customer are exposed to a seamless world-class banking experience.
The Managing Director of First Bank Nigeria, Olusegun Alebiosu described the new digital centre as a strategic step in the bank’s mission to create a digital-first experience for customers across Nigeria.
