Fidson Healthcare Plc has announced that its Board has appointed Imohka Ayebae as Executive Director in charge of Finance, filling the vacancy in that position in that position which has existed since 2014.
Imohka is a commercially astute finance professional with over 15 years of experience in finance & account, corporate finance and management consulting. His area of specialization include financial strategy and control, tax and treasury management, as well as accounting and reporting.
He joined Fidson in 2013 as the Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager and served on the Company’s management team as Head, Finance and Account for over 4 years prior to his appointment to the Board.
His experience has been valuable in Fidson raising about N25 billion for expansion project, debt restructuring and working capital funding, which resulted in revenue increase of 25% CAGR and 130% growth in Shareholders’ fund over the last 4 years.
