It was excitement galore as customers, management and staff of Fidelity Bank Plc converged in Abuja on Wednesday to witness the presentation of N10 million to the star prize winner as well as other prize winners at the ‘Fidelity Get Alert in Millions Promo Reloaded’
The N10 million star prize winner, a businessman from Aba, Abia State, Mr. Ekenechukwu Bathelomew Nnalue, was the cynosure of all eyes and could not conceal his excitement as he received an alert transferring his win on the spot.
Other lucky winners at 6th and final presentation of awards of the promo, which commenced last October, were Mrs. Clara Okafor, a customer with Gwagwalada, Abuja branch of the bank who won N1 million, and a police officer, Mrs. Jennifer Nnanna from Abia state who won N2 million.
Speaking after receiving an alert to confirm the N10 million win, Nnalue disclosed that his winning account was only opened last year, and described the bank as a promise keeper.
He noted that the bank lives by its sell off point of keeping to its words, describing it as the “best bank in Nigeria.”
“I’ am highly elated, and I am short of exact words to express my happiness. I can testify to the genuineness of Fidelity Bank promo as one of the beneficiaries. It’s real and I will implore and advise whoever that has no account with the bank to open one without delay. Existing customers should sustain their savings,” he admonished.
In his remarks, the bank’s Deputy Managing Director (DMD), Mohammed Balarabe admonished the bank’s existing and new customers to cultivate savings culture.
According to him, “The way to go is to cultivate savings culture especially with the current pattern the economy has assumed.”
