Fidelity Bank Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of the appointment of Morohunke Adenike Bammeke as Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from November 18, 2021.
The appointment has been approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria and notice of same communicated to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The appointment is in furtherance to the Bank’s strategic objectives. The bank is confident that Mrs Morohunke Adenike Bammeke will make significant contributions that will enable the Bank sustain its upward performance trajectory and looks forward to working very closely with her to achieve this.
