FBN Holdings has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of the recent purchase of 534,094,407 units of shares at N30 by Femi Otedola, a significant shareholder of the Company.
According to the Company’s Audited Report for FY 2023, Femi Otedola has 14.32% equity stake in FBN Holdings. Upon the recent acquisition of 534,094,407 units of shares, Otedola’s holdings in Company has increased to 15.81%.
