Ellah Lakes Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of the recent changes to the composition of its Board of Directors.
Following the recent retirements and resignation of some Directors of the Company, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Kofo Majekodunmi as a Non-Executive Director to fill the casual vacancy.
The Company believes that Mr Majekodunmi has the necessary skills and experience to contribute significantly to the Board and help steer the Company towards continued growth and success.
Mr Kofo Majekodunmi is a legal practitioner with expertise in Corporate & Commercial law practice areas, with over 30 years of experience in the Banking sectors.
He is the current Board Chairman of FBN Holdings Plc Ghana. He is a Director at MBC Capital Limited, Custodian Life Assurance Limited, and Custodian Insurance Limited. Mr Majekodunmi holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and an MBA from Lagos Business School.
