The Nigeria National Petroleum Company Ltd (NNPCL) has said that it would commence lifting petrol from Dangote Refinery on September 15. The Company also said there is no guarantee of lower price.
In a statement by NNPCL’s Chief of Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, the company said the pricing of petroleum products from any refinery, including the Dangote Refinery Ltd, is determined by global market forces.
Soneye stated thus:
“The pricing of petroleum products from any refinery, including the Dangote Refinery Limited is determined by global market forces”
