Dangote Flour posts 13.05% decline in revenue for Half year 2018

Dangote Flour released its financial statements for the period ended

half year June 30th 2018 with 13.05% decline in its revenue to close at

N56.39 billion from N64.86 billion of the previous periods.

 

The company’s profit after tax for the period under review was

N3.25billion which is a 43.47% decline when compared to N5.75billion

reported for the same period ended June 30, 2017.

Dangote Flour also reported earnings per share of 65 kobo for the

period ended June 30, 2018 compared to N1.15 kobo reported for the

period ended June 2017. This represents a 43.47% decline for the comparative period in 2017.

The PE Ratio stands at 12.69x with earnings yield of 7.88% for an equity

price of N8.25
