C&I Leasing Plc has declared a final dividend of 5 kobo to its shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2023.
The qualification date for the proposed dividend is August 9, 2024. The Register of Members will be closed from August 12, 2024, to August 16, 2024 (both dates inclusive).
On Monday, September 23, 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday, August 9, 2024, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
The Group reported revenue of N22.415 billion in 2023 financial year, up by 24.96% from N17.938 billion reported the previous year.
Profit after tax of N273.334 million was achieved for the year under review, down by 52.65% from N577.269 million reported the previous year.
