Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc (Caverton or the Company) wishes to notify The Nigerian
Stock Exchange and the investing public that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 27 March 2019.The meeting will among other items on the agenda consider and approve the Company’s audited financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2018 and also consider the recommendation of dividend subject to the approval of the General Meeting at the next Annual General fleeting.
Upon the approval the Accounts will be released on The Nigerian Stock Exchange on March 29, 2019.
