The Board of Directors of BUA Cement in the audited report of the Group for the year end 31 December 2020 declared a final dividend of N2.067 to shareholders. This is an improvement of 32 kobo when compared to the final dividend of N1.75 declared in 2019.
BUA Cement reported a turnover of N209.44 billon, up by 19.33% from N175.52 billion reported in 2019.
Profit after tax grew by 19.36% to N72.34 billion from the post-tax profit of N60.61 billion achieved in 2019.
Earnings per share of the Group increased to N2.14 from the EPS of N1.79 reported in 2019, which translates to 19.36% growth year on year.
