Following the Federal Government’s announcement of a public holiday on the said December 28, 2020, AIICO Insurance Plc has notified the shareholders that the qualification dates for its proposed bonuses are now being moved to the next working date being December 29, 2020 i.e. from 28 December 2020 to 29 December 2020.
Recall that, after the 50th Annual General Meeting of AIICO Insurance held on December 8, the company had announced that the Shareholders of AIICO Insurance Plc approved among other resolutions, that the qualification date for purposes of the 1st Bonus shares be moved from 23 September 2020 to 28 December 2020 and the 2nd bonus be moved from 30 November 2020 to 28 December 2020.
