Lafarge Africa Plc (WAPCO) on Thursday published its Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2023.
The Company reported a turnover of N405.5 billion for the 12 months period, up by 8.64% from N373.2 billion reported the previous year.
Profit after tax of N51.14 billion was reported for the 12 months period, down by 4.67% from N53.65 billion reported the previous year.
Earnings per share of the Company stand at N3.17.
At the share price of N31.95, the P/E ratio of Lafarge Africa stands at 10.06x with earnings yield of 9.94%.
Qualification date for the proposed dividend of N1.90 is Thursday, 28th March, 2024.
The Register of Members will be closed from Tuesday, 2 nd April 2024 to Friday, 5th April, 2024 (both dates inclusive).
On the 26th day of April 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at Thursday, 28th March, 2024.
