Shareholders have been notified that the list of unclaimed dividends for PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc has been published and can be accessed on the Company investors’ portal via this link: https://www.pzcussons.com/investors/nigeriainvestors/
In a statement available on the website of the Nigerian Exchange, PZ Cussons Nigeria stated thus:
“We published the list of unclaimed dividends on our website in lieu of publishing it in the newspapers due to the number of shareholders yet to claim their dividends. We implore affected members to contact the Company’s Registrars, First Registrars & Investor Services Limited, Plot 2, Abebe Village Road, Iganmu, Lagos, P.M.B 12692, Marina Lagos or via email at info@firstregistrarsnigeria.com. We request our shareholders to kindly update their records and advise the Registrars of their updated information, including their bank account details for the payment of their dividends.
We remain committed to working with all relevant stakeholders to reduce the incidence of Unclaimed Dividends in Nigeria”.
