Chemical and Allied Products Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited, the Company’s shareholders and the investing public of the resignation of Mr. Yomi Adenson as Finance Director of the Com effective March 31, 2024. Mr. Adenson will continue in his role till the end of March. An announcement regarding his successor will be made in due course.
