Conoil Plc on Tuesday declared N2.50 as dividend to its shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2021.
The Company reported a turnover of N126.73 billion for the 12 months period, up by 7.88% from N117.47 billion reported the previous year.
Profit after tax grew by 114% to N3.08 billion from N1.44 billion reported in FY 2020.
Earnings per share of the company stands at N4.44, up by 114% from the EPS of N2.08 achieved the previous year.
