LASACO Assurance Plc has announced a final dividend of 10 kobo to its shareholders for the year ended 30, December 2020.
In a corporate disclosure published on the website of the Nigerian Exchange Group, the Company stated thus:
“A Final Dividend of 10 kobo per ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Thursday 5th August, 2021.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Friday, 6th August to Friday, 13th August, 2021.
On 30th August, 2021, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 5th August, 2021 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts”.
