Consolidated Hallmark Insurance has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited, shareholders and the investing public that at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on 28th April 2021, the Board approved the retirement of Mrs. Ngozi Nkem having served her tenure as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in accordance with the Corporate Governance Code and Guidelines of the National Insurance Commission.
