Investors gained N36 billion as Market Capitalisation grew to N21.158 trillion from the previous close of N21.122 trillion.
An aggregate of 249.55 million units of shares were traded in 6,090 deals, valued at N2.184 billion.
The market breadth closed positive as 23 stocks appreciated in their share prices against 16 stocks that declined in their share prices.
