C & I Leasing Plc has proposed a Final Dividend of 0.075 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on July 12th 2019.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 15th July 2019 to 19th July 2019 and qualification date will be 12th July 2019
