Sunu Assurance led other percentage gainers, despite Market close of 1.25% lower

The Nigerian Bourse on Monday extends decline from the previous trading session as the All Share Index drops 1.25% to close at 33,611.69 points from the previous close of 34,037.91 points on Friday.
Market capitalization also dipped by 1.25%, closing at N12.271 trillion below its previous close of N12.426 trillion, shedding about N155 billion.


Volume and value of traded stocks declined by 11.75% and 35.53%, to stand at 137.6 million units and N1.365 billion respectively.
Market Breadth
11 stocks closed positive against 21 stocks that lost, bringing the market breadth to a negative round off.
Percentage Gainers


Sunu Assurance led other price percentage gainers, gaining 10.00% of its share price to settle at N0.22 from the previous close of N0.20
Union Diagnostic, Honey Well Flour and University Press PLC gained 7.41%, 5.56% and 4.17% respectively.
Percentage Losers

NESTLE tops the loser’s chart losing 9.67% of its share price.
Global Spectrum Energy lost 9.45% while Forte Oil and Regency Alliance both shed 9.29% and 8.70% of their share prices.
Volume Drivers

Diamond Bank traded the highest volume of ABOUT 30 million units of its share in 88 deals, valued at about N40.3 million
UBA traded about 16.6 million units of its share in 274 deals, worth about N130 million.
