Olumide Ajayi, is an I.T support specialist, entrepreneur and instructor. A graduate of Computer Science with several professional certifications, Olumide has deep passion to make a difference in his sphere of influence. He is the CEO of Ingentes Technologies, which specializes on IT Support, web designing, networking, fixing and troubleshooting of systems such as Laptops and phones.
Ingentes Technologies renders seamless IT support for individuals, SME’s and Corporate Organizations.
Olumide also founded “Tech Incline”, an ICT training firm where children are being trained on Microsoft Office Packages, Web Designing, Mobile Apps and Coding.
Owing to his passion to impact computer knowledge to the less privileged, Olumide founded an NGO called ‘Tech for Street Initiative’ where students from public schools who can’t afford computer class are trained free of charge.
Tech for Street Initiative has touched the lives of so many students impacting them with computer knowledge free of charge. Schools that have benefited from this initiative include Ilupeju Grammar School, Ilupeju Secondary School, Wesley Girl’s Senior Secondary School, CMS Boys Secondary School, Ajayi Crowther Senior Secondary School, Estate Grammar School Ilupeju and Grace Springs Rehabilitation Center.
When asked about his motivating factor as an entrepreneur, Olumide expressly associated his motivation to God, and his inner strength.
Olumide went through several challenges as an entrepreneur. In his words, he said “there was no support from anywhere, I was failing and my friends whom we started together were failing too, they had to go back to paid employment, I was tempted to but I stayed”
When asked about how he overcame his initial challenges, he responded thus, “I had to be more patient with people, understand customer service better, and know how to market clients”
Olumide advised young people to build capacity in any field they find themselves and acquire knowledge as much as possible.
