APPOINTMENT OF NEW COUNTRY MANAGER /CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
NCR (Nigeria) Plc (the Company) wishes to notify its esteemed shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Ms. Christiana Nnawo Yisa as a Director and the Country Manager / Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from Tuesday March 12, 2019.
This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Harold N. Anumihe as a Director and the Country Manager/Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Ms. Christiana Nnawo Yisa has over 16 years’ experience in Leadership, Sales & Marketing and
Business Development. Prior to joining NCR, Christiana was the IBM Commercial Sector Leader for
Central, East and West Africa (CEWA), leading a team of Account Managers across 26 countries.
Christiana has an MBA from Lagos State University, a postgraduate diploma in Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Jos. In addition, she has attended many corporate courses, seminars and workshops on various business topics including sales leadership, consultative selling, channel management, conflict management, building relationships and influencing others.
Christiana joins NCR (Nigeria) Plc with a wealth of experience cutting across several sectors. The Board is optimistic that her wealth of experience will be of great benefit to the Company.
