Tade Ayodele is an innovative entrepreneur, leader and motivational speaker. He is the President of Emerging Change Academy (ECA), a Youth development outfit based in Nigeria.
Tade holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture and Fisheries Management, Masters Degree in Fisheries & Hydrobiology; and he is currently studying for a PhD.
During his undergraduate studies, just before founding ECA (formerly MANABEP) in 2004, he was a member of the Youth Arm of International Association of Lions Clubs (Leo Club) where he served as President of his branch in 2005. He was privileged to also serve on the District Board as Region Director, Vice District President and finally District President of the same International Organization at different times.
He served as the President of his department where he contributed and carried out projects that encouraged the growth of young people. This gave him the opportunity of serving as an ex-officio member of the Ogun State Branch of the Fisheries Society of Nigeria (FISON). He also served as the Founder and Coordinator of the Trumpeters Speakers Club, the first and only Speakers Group in the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB).
Tade lectures at the Federal College of Agriculture, Ishiagu where he teaches Fisheries Technology.
Through ECA, Tade has conducted leadership, career and character development trainings that focus more on young people. His main interest is in Public Speaking has shown himself to be an ebullient Speaker.
